We are delighted and beyond grateful to say that the £100,000 goal has been hit, and the Town Council made the unanimous decision on 26th February 2024 to pursue the purchase of Longspring Woods, for the use of the community for generations to come.

This is matched by a further £100,000 from the Town Council's Capital Projects fund.

A THANK YOU video from the Mayor of Sevenoaks has been published, viewable via the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWBf4-EMxyY
For more information, please refer to the Press Release, published 27th February 2024
We have also created a Feasibility Study, which goes into further detail on how the land will be managed, and access opened up to the public.
