Armed Forces Day

The Town Council are holding the following events this Saturday 30th June at The Vine, TN13 3UH and invite the public to come and join us:

• Commemoration of Armed Forces Day with the Mayor of Sevenoaks, Cllr R M C Hogarth, being accompanied by Town Councillors and representatives from the British Legion for an informal service at 10 am by the Flagpole. 

The Westerham Sea Cadets will raise the Armed Forces Day Flag at 10m. Members of the public are invited to attend. Please gather at the flagpole on the Vine at 9:50am.

• Commemoration of the end of WWI – with entertainment including some music from the era on the Bandstand from 10:30am. We have stalls comprising:
• WWI Food Rationing
• WWI Poppy Making
• Army Cadet Stall
• Air Cadets
• Westerham Sea Cadets
• Sevenoaks District Scouts
• Charity Fair 2018 - 16 local charities attend to raise their profile amongst the public.
