The Sevenoaks Town Council chamber is an ideal venue for :

Since January 1996 the elegant Council Chamber with its vaulted wooden ceiling has been approved as a venue for the solemnization of Civil Marriages.  You are invited to visit the Chamber and discuss your wishes for your special day with staff.

There is seating for up to 70 guests and ceremonies are held on Saturdays and Sundays.

The joy of booking a wedding, baby welcoming or civil partnership ceremony in the Chamber is that unlike a registry office you are never rushed.  The building is open an hour before the ceremony to accommodate any early guests and so that floral displays may be brought in if desired.

After the ceremony the building remains open for the exclusive use of the party and their guests so that photographs may be taken.

Conferences, Seminars / Training and Meetings

Sevenoaks Town Council Chamber is located on the Bradbourne Vale Road (A25) in Sevenoaks and is available for hire for business meetings, seminars and training sessions.

It is within easy access of the M20 and M25, making it an ideal meeting place.

FACILITIES

Kitchen
The small fitted kitchen is included in the hire, with use of crockery, cutlery, a cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher.  Alternatively, light refreshments (tea and coffee) can be booked in advance for a small extra sum.

Equipment
A dry-wipe board, flipchart, overhead projector and screen are available.

Parking
There is ample parking in the Council's own car park.

General
An acoustic loop system is fitted for those with hearing impairment. 
There is disabled access with double doors and a disabled toilet.

By Road - Leave the M25 at Junction 5 to join the A21 (signposted Hastings)
Leave the A21 to join the A25 (signposted Sevenoaks)
At Riverhead follow the A25 through the two roundabouts

Keeping on the A25 go under the railway bridge, past Bradbourne School on the left.  The Town Council Chamber is approximately a quarter of a mile further on the right hand side.

By Rail - Sevenoaks Station.  Frequent services are available from Cannon Street, Charing Cross (approximately 35 minutes) and the Kent Coast.

Bat & Ball Station this is a small station within 5-10 minutes walking distance of the Town Council offices.
