Morning Caretaker/Handyperson

Salary in the region of £7.00 per hour

Part-time (approx 15 hours per week) Caretaker/Handyperson required for Sevenoaks Town Council Offices and Raleys Gym. Maintenance of premises and grounds, general cleaning duties and dealing with hirers and associated security.  Hours by arrangement, occasional weekend duties required, & being on-call for intruder and fire alarms.  Current driving licence essential. Part-time Gardener

Skilled part time gardener required for Sevenoaks Town Council's expanding Open Spaces and Cemetery Department. Work to cover a wide range of duties at various sites, with specific responsibility for the Vine Gardens. Training may be available in appropriate circumstances. Current driving licence essential.

17.5hrs per week Salary £12,600 to £14,400 (pro-rata) dependant on experience and qualifications.  Closing date for receipt of applications 27/06/08.
