Sevenoaks Town Council Supports and Funds Local Community Groups

At the meeting of the Community & Wellbeing Committee held on 16th September 2024, Sevenoaks Town Council agreed to support and fund the following local community groups in Sevenoaks:

Baby Umbrella

To support Sevenoaks Town residents with free specialist 1:1 support from qualified lactation consultants.

Hi Kent

Funding for free monthly drop-in support clinics for NHS hearing aid users at Hollybush Day Centre.

Sevenoaks Counselling

Funding to subsidise clients who are unable to afford the recommended contribution.

Sevenoaks PHAB

Towards hall hire costs for weekly meeting of club for adults with learning or physical disabilities.

Sevenoaks Samaritans

Funding for free room hire of Council Chamber for Leadership Team and new volunteer meetings.

Funding for the hire of a venue for the Young Musician of the Year competition.
