created a co-working facility offering pleasant office based working conditions
on very flexible and affordable terms.

The Hub is finished and furnished to a very high standard,
has great connectivity and provides free car & cycle parking. Hirers have the use of a kitchen/café, a
meeting room for up to 8 people with outdoor deck, and shower rooms.
There is a choice of accommodation being a hot desk, dedicated hot desk or a private office pod. The hot desks have to be cleared at the end of each hire while the pods enable hirers to keep their equipment and paperwork on site.
Hires can be for a period as short as a half day (just £10!) up to a month, and to foster economic growth in the area, all charges are deliberately set at very affordable levels.
The Hub is managed by Sevenoaks District Chamber of Commerce, which is based in The Business Hub meaning that there are plenty of networking opportunities.
