Unauthorised Encampment at Greatness Recreation Ground

Sevenoaks Town Council is aware of the Unauthorised Encampment at Greatness Recreation Ground which commenced on 12th June 2022.
Sevenoaks Town Council served an eviction notice for the unauthorised encampment to leave by 9.30 a.m. Friday 17th June 2022 at the latest.
The unauthorised encampment left the site of the evening of Thursday 16th June 2022.
The Town Council will now commence the clearing up work and reviewing methods to deter as much as possible this happening in the future.
A meeting will also be arranged with residents on this matter in the near future.
It would be helpful if residents could report any matters of criminal or anti-social behaviour to the police online or via 101 and send a copy to the Town Council.
