PRESS RELEASE: SEVENOAKS TOWN COUNCIL PARTNERS WITH ENTERPRISE TO LAUNCH CAR CLUB FOR RESIDENTS
The Mayor of Sevenoaks Cllr Claire Shea officially launched the Enterprise Car Club in Sevenoaks at the Climate Fair on Saturday, May 4.

The Town Council is partnering with Enterprise which offers residents the opportunity of an hourly or daily vehicle self-service hire, via an app, as and when needed.
Two hybrid vehicles, based at Bat and Ball Centre carpark, are in the scheme. Special joining discounts for Sevenoaks residents are being offered and hirers only pay for any fuel they actually use. The scheme is available 24/7.
Sevenoaks Town Council reviewed various options to provide a Car Club within Sevenoaks, the most viable being to work with Enterprise.
The commitment from the Town Council is to provide two free car parking spaces at Bat and Ball Centre and joint promotion.
The second Sevenoaks Climate Fair is being organised by Sevenoaks Climate Action Network with the Town Council on the Vine Gardens.
