My Life in Entertainment - talk at the Forget Me Not cafe on Weds 26 Feb

Visitors will definitely be entertained at the next Forget Me Not cafe gathering at the Bat and Ball Cafe this month!  This month's speaker at the dementia-friendly cafe, part of the Forget Me Not charity group, is retired children's entertainer Gary Poleykett.

He explains: "My presentation is about my fun working life as a children's entertainer (now retired) During my talk I am providing a musical and magical show with circus tricks and balloon modelling - a variety show really, lasting about 45 minutes.

The cafe at Bat and Ball Station TN14 5APis facilitated by the Town Council. There is free parking at the next door Bat and Ball Centre (access over footbridge) and disabled parking at the station itself, as well as pay parking. The Forget Me Not cafes are aimed at those with early stage dementia or memory loss and their carers. All are welcome. Entry and refreshments are free. The sessions are every last Wednesday of the month from 10.30am to 12noon.
