Sevenoaks Town Neighbourhood Plan (STNP) / Masterplan Working Group

The Sevenoaks Town Neighbourhood Plan (STNP), on which work started in 2014, went to a public Referendum on 4th May 2023, and was subsequently adopted by the Local Planning Authority, Sevenoaks District Council as part of the local planning framework. It will be used to shape development in the Sevenoaks Town area for the next 15 years.
A Monitoring and Implementation Group has now formed to monitor the successful application of the STNP's policies, and to recommend the furthering of any actions or studies identified in the STNP as topics for future pursual. 
 
Membership is open to any organisation or business within Sevenoaks Town, and meetings open to the public. New members are always welcome, and can register an interest at any time, by emailing planning@sevenoakstown.gov.uk.
