Sevenoaks District Council Local Plan Consultation

Sevenoaks Town Council has now published its full collated response to the Local Plan Regulation 18 public consultation, as approved at its full Council meeting on 8th December 2025. This will now be submitted to the District Council for consideration.

The following briefing documents have been prepared by Sevenoaks Town Council in order to facilitate Councillors' discussions. These have been prepared with a sole focus on Sevenoaks Town, and therefore do not provide further detail on proposals outside of the Town Council boundary.
They should therefore be read in conjunction with, and not instead of, the District Council's draft Local Plan - particularly for those interested in matters affecting the wider District (i.e. Otford, Edenbridge, Swanley), but not Sevenoaks Town.
