Premier Alarms supports Sevenoaks Town FC and Town Council’s Greatness Pavilion with generous contribution

Sevenoaks Town Council and Sevenoaks Town Football Club are working in partnership to deliver the exciting new Community Sports Pavilion at Greatness Recreation Ground.

Sevenoaks Town FC is actively engaging with local businesses and sponsors to support this important project. The club has received a generous commitment from Premier Alarms, who has offered to provide both the fire alarm and intruder alarm for free. This not only helps to reduce the overall project costs but also ensures that the new pavilion will be equipped with high-quality safety and security systems.

Local businesses play a vital role in supporting community facilities. Sevenoaks Town FC and Sevenoaks Town Council are thankful for Premier Alarm’s contribution. Paul Lansdale, Chairman of Sevenoaks Town FC, said, “This kind of support makes a real difference to community projects like this. We’re incredibly grateful to Premier Alarms for their generosity and commitment to Sevenoaks – it’s partnerships like these that help us create facilities the local community can be proud of.”

Sarah Humphreys from Premier Alarms said, “We are delighted to support and protect Sevenoaks Town FC with our contribution. Premier Alarms was started by my father Vince Humphreys 40 years ago in Sevenoaks, and the town remains at the core of our client base to this day. We are proud of the town in which we have started and grown our family business, and being able to serve the local club and community in this way is really important to us.”

Construction of the pavilion is progressing well – work began in October 2025 and remains on schedule for completion in August. According to the latest update from the building contractor, Longley, the carpentry team is installing the timber framework, and window and door frames are now beginning to take shape.

The local community can keep up to date with the construction of the building by reading Longley’s weekly progress reports on the Sevenoaks Town Council website in the Consultations and Projects section here

The new pavilion aims to bring significant economic, social, and environmental benefits to the local community. It will feature modern changing facilities, a kitchen, a small gym, as well as a café and refreshment areas, creating a welcoming space for both players and visitors.
